Serge's drumming career began at age 13 on a small practice pad and little tips from other drummers in his family. A few years later Serge began studying with Mike Johnston of Mikeslessons.com and continued to study with Mike for the next 10years. During that time Serge became so drawn to drums that it became his passion to play and teach drums. At age 25 Serge became the owner of THE DRUM LAB in Sacramento, CA. Currently he teaches 60+ students a week and plays for a very wide variety of musical settings. His passion of drums continues to fuel his desire to learn more and continue moving forward with his drumming career, both teaching and playing.
