Stacey Lamont Sydnor started touring professionally at the age of fifteen in the world of Gospel with the Heavenly Five and the Pilgrim Jubilees of Chicago. Upon graduation from high school he went on to perform with the US Marine Corps Band. From here he toured with The Mike Corrado Band, a regional band with six recordings that has sold over 70,000 albums independently. Since then he moved to Richmond Virginia where he began performing with Adrian Duke, James "Saxmo" Gates, Debo Dabney, Michelle Saud & Rize, and the daughter of Cab Calloway, Ms. Chris Calloway as well as many others; a move that prepared him for the next phase of his musical journey, a move to Los Angeles, CA.

Since being in Los Angeles, Lamont has performed with the who's who in Gospel and the secular world to include, Diddy, Fred Hammond, Macy Gray, Yolanda Adams, Busta Rhymes, The Temptations, Gladys Knight, Ollie Woodson, Derek Trucks Band, Edwin McCain, Deitrick Haddon, Micah Stampley, Jonathan Butler, Wayman Tisdale, Virtue, Heatwave, The Blues Notes, Peaches & Herb, S.O.S. Band, The Platters, The Coasters, The Floaters, The Intruders, Carl Carlton, Lisa McClendon, Donnie McClurkin, Shari Demby, and Wayne Foster Entertainment to name a few. He has shared the stage (as an opener) with John Mayer, Hootie and the Blowfish, Edie Brickel & the New Bohemians, Tina Turner, Cindi Lauper, Susan Tedeschi, Robert Cray, Little Feat, The Neville Brothers, Blessed Union of Souls and Hilary Duff to name a few.
